Financial support in 2011
In 2011 we provided financial support of the charitable, culture and other projcets as follows: a vehicle for social purpose in cooperation with Kompakt, Sport Club of Wheelchair Bound Ostrava, The Association of Handicapped Inhabitants and their Friends, Ostrava Organisation of wheelchair Users, TJ ZRAPOS - the organisation of the visually impaired athletes, a vehicle for social purpose for Children´s Home, project "Safely on roads", Iberica - a festival of Spanish culture, Cristmas performance - the Cristmas crib of St. Francis.Realized projects in 2011
Mould level control improvement - ZPO2 - In this year the order for the delivery of the detail electrical engineering, delivery of the equipment, erection and commissioning of the regulator of the level in the crystallisation, one of the key areas regarding the influence on steel quality in Třinec was recieved. The delivery of the equipment and the commissioning of the technology was performed well and our customer was satisfied.Secondary Metallurgy – Vacuum Degassing RH-TOP Duplex, China Following our long term experience with the projects in secondary metallurgy, Ingeteam a.s. in Ostrava Czech Republic was awarded new project for the Duplex Type Vaccuum degassing machine control to be installed in Masteel Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. In China. The scope of supply consist of the detail engineering, delivery of the control system and visualization equipment, special instrumentation and development of the control application. Delivery of the equipment is finished. Our people are providing the erection and the commisioning of the technology at present.
Delivery of the electrical system for Coal grinding drying and injection plant, Russia - In this year we realized the project of the delivery of the detail electrical engineering and delivery of the equipment for Coal grinding drying and injection plant in Russia. The installation and the commissioning of the technology is planned in year 2012.

Secondary Metallurgy – Vacuum Degassing RH-TOP Duplex, China Following our long term experience with the projects in secondary metallurgy, Ingeteam a.s. in Ostrava Czech Republic was awarded new project for the Duplex Type Vaccuum degassing machine control to be installed in Masteel Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. In China. The scope of supply consist of the detail engineering, delivery of the control system and visualization equipment, special instrumentation and development of the control application.Commissioning planned in 2011.
Ash handling system, Russia New project of great importance in material handling applications was acquired for ash transportation for Power plant in Yekaterinburg in Russia. Complete turnkey delivery of the electrical part for the 4,2 km long pipe conveyor followed with 2,2 km shiftable conveyor along which tripper car and spreader are operated. The total installed power of the electrical installation exceeds 11 MW. The delivery includes the complete electrical engineering, delivery of MV and LV equipment, Transformers, control System and Instrumentation. The complete supply is delivered in the container substations, which will be finally located in the place if installation. The commissioning of the project is foreseen in years 2012 and 2013.Commercial data:Commissioning planned in 2012 and 2013.

Thermoflattening line OL1 revamp, Frýdek-Místek Just in 6 months of complete project duration Ingeteam successfully finished the project of significant revamp of the Thermoflattening line for ArcelorMittal Frýdek Místek. The line is processing mainly grain oriented electrical steel. The line revamp comprised of the major mechanical and electrical modifications in the line design with the aim to achieve significant improvement in the quality of the final strip. After the revamp the line is designed for continuous operation and includes the technology of strip cleaning, insulation application and drying, high temperature annealing and straitening of the grain oriented strip. From the first coil the quality improvement was remarkable and proved the idea for the new line design. The satisfaction of the final user with the project results confirmed the high engineering skills of Ingeteam and its experience with the similar projects.Commissioning finished in December 2010
Stationary stamping machines for Coke plant India Extension of our activities in Coke Plant technologies was the complete turn key delivery of the electrical systems and control for the 4 sets of stationary stamping units for Jindal South West (JSW) in India. The electrical equipment comprised of the LV switchboards with frequency converters, control system and visualization, erection material and cables. The first 2 units were installed and commissioned at the end of 2010 and complete installation will be finalized in second quarter 2011.Commissioning finished in December 2010 (first 2 units)
Ingeteam is leading supplier of the components for the photovoltaic power plants
Ingeteam is traditional and leading manufacturer of the invertors for photovoltaic systems. Ingeteam a.s. in Ostrava is providing customers with the delivery of the wide range of Ingeteam invertors for photovoltaic power plants or with delivery of the complex solutions including supply of the invertors, transformers, low voltage and medium voltage systems installed in various type of mobile substations. Such systems became preferable solution for many suppliers of the photovoltaic power plants, mainly with higher installed power. Solution supplied by Ingeteam will be part of the installation for photovoltaic power plants in Benátky nad Jizerou 4MWp; Čejetice 2MWp; Stráž pod Raskem 5MWp; Žihle 1,2MWp; Lstiboř 0,5MWp; Vojkovice 2,7 MWp; Zlín 0,4MWp; Libuň 0,2MWp; Mladecko 0,1MWp; Chlum 1MWp; Markvartice 1MWp; Úštěk 0,2MWp; Bousov 3,3 MWp; Kobeřice 0,1 MWp and next projects are being negotiated.In 2010 we continue to participate in FutureSME project
FutureSME is a major cross-European project involving 26 partners from Ireland, UK, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Sweden, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK) is the overall project coordinator.
Supported by a €6m grant from the EU Framework 7 programme, the project will deliver a set of practical tools and methodologies which will assist European small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) to reach and maintain worldwide competitiveness. It will provide a strategic and operational framework to help companies involved in complex supply chains to optimise their business processes in terms of time, cost, quality and sustainability. Ultimately, it will deliver a model for successful small businesses in the future.
More than 50% of the partners are small companies across a range of sectors and types.
In 2010 company Ingeteam has received these orders:
Rebuild of thermoflattening line OL1 – turnkey.
Engineering and supply of hardware and software for electrical & control system for 4 tap hole drilling machines Rourkela.
Delivery of the HMI and PLC System SW and the delivery of the application software for the PLC and HMI System for the tapping equipment for the blast furnace Nr. 5 revamping in Galati, Romania.
Equipment Delivery for the Blast Furnaces
Company Ingeteam will be the supplier of the equipment for the reconstruction of the blast furnaces in companies Arcelor Mittal Galati in Romania and ROURKELA STEEL PLANT in India. Delivery includes enginering and equipment for the tapping technology of the blast furnaces. For the project in Romania will be delivered complete control f the 2 sets of tapping equipment, for the project in India will be delivered main control desks and application software PLC.
Successful commissioning of the electrode control system for the ladle furnace
In June 2010 Ingeteam successfully commissioned the electrode control system for the ladle furnace PP1 in Arcelor Mittal Ostrava. Project included replacement of the control system for the electrode control including the development of the new algorithm allowing the current control mode and impedance control mode of the electrode control. Project followed our internal development phase for this product and successful startup of our system means for us important reference for the solution, which is possible to implement in steel industry for the electrode control of the ladle furnaces and electrical arc furnaces.
Commissioning of the glass line
Commissioning of the Flat Glass line for the company Duzce CAM in Turkey was finished with the participation of Ingeteam. As part of our commissioning services Ingeteam was responsible for the final modifications and tuning of the SW PLC and visualization for the technologies „Float“ a „Tin Bath“. Line is in operation from 05/2010.
Revamping of the control system for the Hot Strip Mill
Ingeteam will implement upgrade of the control system for the hot strip mill – Steckel type for the company Arcelor Mittal Ostrava. The system is based on the multiprocessor control system with VME backplane.
As part of the system upgrade will be performed necessary exchange of the HW and system SW components to achieve higher level of the stability and redundancy and extension of the diagnostic tools in the new system SW.
Training Center
Ingeteam a.s. has started the construction of the training center. This center is composed of extension to existing building society. Training activities will be divided into two areas. The theoretical, which teaching will take place in the 3rd floor above the existing footprint of the building (superstructure), there is attic now. The practical, which will be implemented in an annex to the north of the existing building. Construction Training Centre will be implemented with the support of European Union funds under the Operational Programme Enterprose and Innovations.
Ingeteam will supply equipment for a coke plant in India
Company Ingeteam received an order to supply control equipment of the stamping units for company JSW in India. Delivery covers the complete delivery of the electrical equipment and control system for the 4 pieces of stationary stamping units (in total 20 stamping devices) used for the preparation of the charging coal to the coke plant battery. Delivery of the equipment and commissioning is planned for the year 2010.Realized projects
Zprovoznění sázecích pěchovacích a výtlačných strojů pro obsluhu koksárenských baterií v Číně. Ve spolupráci s dodavatelem těchto zařízení jsme uvedli do provozu dva koksárenské stroje pro spoečnost Beijing Cooking. Navazující zprovoznění dalších strojů pro další zákazníky v Číně a Indii je plánováno pro rok 2010.
Dodávka zařízení a řídícího systému pro čerpací stanici zajišťující přečerpávání vody pro pohon hydroelektrárny v Gruzii. Uvedení do provozu je plánováno v roce 2010.
Inspekce zařízení pro skládkové stroje, dopravníky a lodní nakladač pro zákazníka Port Atlantique Nantes St. Nazeire - Francie. V rámci zpracované studie byl prověřen aktuální stav zařízení a proveden návrh rozsahu rekonstrukce v souvislosti s prodloužením životnosti zařízení do roku 2020. Realizace rekonstrukce by měla být provedena v letech 2010 - 2011.

In April 2009 the complex tests for L1 control system HW and application SW for steel vacuum degassing unit were done. The equipment will be installed in the company Mobarakeh Steel in Iran. The delivery of electrical equipment for ladle furnace in Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) - Russia
This delivery has successfully finished the manufacturing and engineering phase of the historically biggest project in the field of secondary metallurgy supplied by Ingeteam a.s.The acceptance tests as well as level 1 control system function verification for the ladle furnace were realized during March 2009. The scope of supply was the delivery of the LV distribution switch boards, power switch boards for speed controlled and fixed speed motors, the complete L1 control system and the delivery of instrumentation. The equipment will control the operation of the vacuum degassing RH TOP 370t Duplex and the ladle furnace LF 370t Duplex.
Ingeteam obtained an order for degassing unit for Iran
In December 2008 the order for the delivery of the control system equipment for RH-unit for Mobarakeh Steel in Iran was recieved. The scope of supply comprises from delivery of the detail engineering and SW application for Level 1 control system and instrumentation and the delivery of the equipment for the Level 1 control system. The delivery of the equipment is planned in 04/2009 and the commissioning of the technology is planned in year 2010.Ingeteam delivered and commissioned a new Thermoflattening line for AMFM
In November 2008 the important milestone in our history in Steel Industry was reached. We obtained from our customer – ArcelorMittal Frýdek Místek (AMFM) the provisional acceptance for the Thermoflattening line designed for transformer sheet processing with the annual capacity 27 kT. The important performance and quality parameters of the technology were reached during the performance test just 7 weeks after the line startup ceremony performed by general director of ArcelorMittal Ostrava Mr. Sanjay Samaddar and by general director of ArcelorMittal Frýdek Místek Mr. Tomas Mischinger. Ingeteam a.s. was a general supplier of the technology for this project. The main equipment was supplied in cooperation of Ingeteam a.s. (supplier of the electrical part and the project coordinator) and Ingeteam Metal Solution (main mechanical supplier) – companies from the Ingeteam group. The line is designed for continuous operation and includes the technologies of cleaning, insulation application and drying, thermo-flattening and controlled cooling of transformer strips. The delivered technology allows to our important customer - company ArcelorMittal Frýdek Místek the further increase in production and significant quality improvement for their key products – transformer sheets.Ingeteam successfully passed FAT for electrical equipment for Duplex-RH-unit for MMK
In November 2008 our company successfully passed all complex tests and FAT procedures of the electrical equipment for Duplex-RH-unit for company Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK). Ingeteam’s delivery comprised from complete engineering including the control application development and delivery of Low Voltage Distribution part, MCC and VVVF cabinets, Level 1 control System and instrumentation. Performed HW and SW tests proved to our customer – company SMS Mevac that we are ready for commissioning of this technology, which is planned for years 2009 and 2010.1 , 2 , 3 , >>
